HOW DO I APPLY WHEN I'M READY?

**There are several super easy options for applying:**

- You can easily [apply online](https://www.authentixapartments.com/apartments/ga/fairburn/authentix-cedar-grove/floor-plans) 
    - Our quotes expire after 24 hours, so if you need to generate a new quote please select the floor plans tab on our website and select an available apartment home along with move in date and lease term to create a new custom quote.
- You’re welcome to visit our office to complete any paperwork
- You can also call and we’ll email a quote with a quick and easy link to the application

WHAT ARE YOUR APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS?

To become a resident at Authentix Cedar Grove every applicant must meet the following rental qualifications:

- Must make 3x the rent
- Must have no evictions
- Must have good rental history
- Must not have a criminal background history

**

DO YOU HAVE GARAGES?

**Yes!** We do offer detached garages on-site for an additional fee per month!

**

**

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL HEALTHCARE FOR RESIDENTS?

Yes! At Authentix Cedar Grove, residents get free access to First Stop Health, an on-demand virtual care provider you can reach from your phone, tablet, or computer. Urgent care support is available 24/7 for common, non-emergency needs. CAN I STILL MOVE IN IF I DON'T MEET THE RENT INCOME REQUIREMENT?

If the income requirement is not met, we will ask you to provide a Guarantor. Qualified guarantors must be able to provide proof of income that is 6x the rent per month and pass the $75 background screening as well.

DO YOU OFFER FURNISHED LEASE OPTIONS?

We do not offer furnished lease options at this time.

**

DO YOU OFFER MONTH TO MONTH OR SHORT TERM LEASES?

At this moment, we offer leases with 11-18 month lease terms.

ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?

**Yes!** We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. ## Answers for current residents

WHY DOESN'T MY WATER BILL SHOW UP ON MY BILL?

Your water and sewer is billed 2 months in arrears. Once you receive your first water bill added to your rent statement you will then see that every month.

DO I NEED TO ACQUIRE MY OWN RENTERS INSURANCE?

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.**

CAN I TRANSFER TO ANOTHER UNIT?

Yes, you may transfer with a 30-day notice and pay the transfer fee of 75% of one month's rent.

IF I DO NOT PLAN ON RENEWING MY LEASE, DO I STILL HAVE TO NOTIFY THE OFFICE?

Yes, if you are on a month-to-month lease we will need a 30-day notice prior to vacating, however, if you are fulfilling a longer lease we require a 60-day notice prior to vacating.

WHAT DOES "ADDITIONAL INCOME" MEAN ON THE APPLICATION?

That is an area where you can add any income that you have coming in consistently or on hand outside of your main source of income that contributes to your annual earnings.

SHOULD I PUT WHAT I BRING HOME AFTER TAXES?

Should I put what I bring home after taxes? Everything we calculate is before taxes, so make sure to submit your gross income.

HOW DO I ACCESS FIRST STOP HEALTH, AND CAN MY FAMILY USE IT?

After you move in, you’ll receive simple setup instructions to create your account and start using the service. Residents can have up to 7 family members on their account (the Head of Household receives the activation email and can add family members).
