Yes! For your first lease agreement, we offer lease terms anywhere from 3 months up to 18 months. When it comes time for your renewal, you have the option to choose a month-to month lease or one of the 3- 18 month options.

Your water and sewer is billed 2 months in arrears. Once you receive your first water bill added to your rent statement you will then see that every month.
