HOW MUCH IS IT TO APPLY?

The application fees include the following:

$300 deposit
$100 administration fee
$50/per adult occupant

HOW DO I APPLY WHEN I'M READY?

- Our quotes expire after 24 hours, so if you need to generate a new quote please select the floor plans tab on our website and select an available apartment home along with move in date and lease term to create a new custom quote.

DO YOU HAVE GARAGES?

Yes! We do offer detached garages on-site for an additional fee per month.

CAN I STILL MOVE IN IF I DON'T MEET THE MINIMUM 3X RENT INCOME REQUIREMENT?

Of course! If the income requirement is not met, we will ask you to provide a Guarantor. Qualified guarantors must be able to provide proof of income that is 6x the rent per month and pass the $60 background screening as well.

ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?

Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. To learn more about our pet-inspired amenities and breed restrictions, visit here.

CAN I TRANSFER TO ANOTHER UNIT?

Yes! You may transfer with a 30-day notice and pay a transfer fee of 75% of one month's rent.

IF I DO NOT PLAN ON RENEWING MY LEASE, DO I STILL HAVE TO NOTIFY THE OFFICE?

Yes! If you are on a month-to-month lease, we will need a 30-day notice prior to vacating, however, if you are fulfilling a longer lease, we require a 60-day notice prior to vacating.

WHY DOESN'T MY WATER BILL SHOW UP ON MY ACCOUNT?

Your water and sewer are billed 2 months in arrears. Once you receive your first water bill added to your rent statement you will then see it added every month.
