Yes! If you are on a month-to-month lease, we will need a 30-day notice prior to vacating, however, if you are fulfilling a longer lease, we require a 60-day notice prior to vacating.
Your water and sewer are billed 2 months in arrears. Once you receive your first water bill added to your rent statement you will then see it added every month.
You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to us a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
After you move in, you’ll receive simple setup instructions to create your account and start using the service. Residents can have up to 7 family members on their account (the Head of Household receives the activation email and can add family members). For details, visit here.
