Yes! We do offer detached garages on-site for an additional fee per month.
Of course! If the income requirement is not met, we will ask you to provide a Guarantor. Qualified guarantors must be able to provide proof of income that is 5x the rent per month and pau the $75 application fee.
Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. We have a $300 non-refundable (per pet) fee, $30 monthly pet rent (per pet), $75 Poo Prints Screening for dogs only. To learn more about our pet-inspired amenities and breed restrictions, visit here.
Yes! If you are on a month-to-month lease, we will need a 30-day notice prior to vacating, however, if you are fulfilling a longer lease, we require a 60-day notice prior to vacating.
Your water and sewer are billed 2 months in arrears. Once you receive your first water bill added to your rent statement you will then see it added every month.
You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
